Click Clinic provides an online medical certificate in Australia. Just fill-up the form below and our team will send back a medical certificate to your email within 48 hours (normally the same day). Please note that we will ONLY ISSUE CERTIFICATES FOR CURRENT ILLNESSES. Requests for previous dates (i.e. for an illness no longer ongoing) will be rejected and any fees paid will not be refunded.
NOTE: If you still haven’t received your medical certificate after 48 hours it is most likely caused by a system and email incompatibility. Please request for a copy from admin@clickclinic.com.au.
